Selena’s Cake Pops & More 

Policy 

Our Contract: 

-All orders must be paid for I full before we hold the date, make the order, and deliver it.  

-Selena's Cake Pops & More is not responsible for allergic reactions (nuts, soy, milk, eggs and other allergen ingredients are used in our kitchen), choking, or illness once the items have been delivered or picked up. Reason being we do not know whom or what the items come in contact with after they are out of our possession.

- Selena's Cake Pops & More does not offer Cash Refunds of any sort. Should there be any changes in your order or cancelations, change in date, or last-minute issues, you will receive a credit for the amount you have paid, minus any item cost that we have already invested in, to use in our company. This credit can be used as you wish and broken up on any items you choose. We enforce this policy due to the fact that certain materials and time has been invested in your order once it is placed. 

-Should there be an issue on Selena's Cake Pops & More behalf (Example: Emergency That Keeps the order from being delivered) then an insurance claim will be filed by Selena's Cake Pops and More for a refund. We do not give our insurance information out. However, the claim and refund could take up to 90 days to receive back, in which we will then send back to you by a cashier's check, Venmo, or Cash App).

• If there is      an incident that should occur, it will be handled calmly amongst both      client and Selena's Cake Pops & More If any rudeness should occur by the client, you will forfeit any      refund options that you may have. Keep in mind accidents can happen by nature even when we do      everything to prevent them.

-Selena's Cake Pops & More does not supply the Cake Stand, Dessert Stands, Wine Glasses, Or knife set. However, we will order them, and put them together for an additional fee (the cost of each item and $10 Assembling fee if you order dessert stands).

-Selena's Cake Pops & More agrees to set everything up on the requested areas when arriving with your order, we will need to arrive at least one to two hours earlier for setup. Please make sure your tables are not wobbly and can hold the weight of the items you have ordered. We will not set up on wobbly tables or tables that will not support the weight of the items, same for cake stands please make sure it can support the weight of your cake. 

-Once your order has been delivered and set, we will send you a picture. Please note we will not be responsible for items once they are out of our possession. 

This is a binding contract between Selena’s Cake Pops & More & Client.
